BmIP
Interdisciplinary Research Group brings together several
academics and researchers from different disciplines, creating a
synergy, which forms an efficient and productive platform for biomechanical
and injury prevention research.
The Group combines various research activities, mostly conducted
as PhD studies and contract research. BmIP aims
to pursue high level research and development with the aid of recent
technological advances in the field of biomechanical modelling,
design and analysis, primarily applied to injury prevention. The
projects are financially supported by EPSRC,
industry, and Loughborough
University. Collaborators include several automotive manufacturers,
sports equipment companies, and industrial research associations. |
